Founded in 1983, the DBE in Tennessee is part of eight states in the Southern District. Currently, Tennessee has four chapters: Centre Court and Wimbledon are both in Knoxville, Kensington Gardens is in Nashville, and Mayfair is in Memphis.

Recent Events
The Centre Court and Wimbledon Chapters of the DBE held our annual Tea and Fashion Show on Saturday May 23rd at Two Rivers Church in Lenoir City and once again it was a big success.
We served 175 ladies a traditional British tea and they were entertained by a local singer, Sarah Williams. Sirabelle Boutique in Loudon modeled some great ladies Spring and Summer fashions and for the second year in a row we held a Silent Auction and it proved to be a resounding success.
We are very excited that our event this year raised over $9,000.
The DBE is a 501(c)3 philanthropic organization and the funds we raised will be donated to Knox County Office on Aging, Knox PAWS (Placing Animals with Seniors), Mobile Meals on Wheels, Foster Grandparent Program, Grandparents as Parents Program, The Love Kitchen and Loudon County Habitat for Humanity/Critical Repair Program. Proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to the Dolly Parton Children's Hospital.
DBE in TN was thrilled to present Alive Hospice with a check for the amount received from the sale of the DBE British Home Mountbatten House in Texas. They were very appreciative and look forward to our future involvement.
The Centre Court and Wimbledon Chapters in Knoxville recently visited The Dolly Parton Children's Hospital to present them with a donation. We are very proud that our fundraising efforts can benefit such a wonderful organization.
